    Thanks for this! As an owner of two KW franchises one of our best retention tools is our broker. And as someone whose served on Pro Standards at our board with a husband who is active right now reviewing contracts at a state level as a volunteer the legal aspect of our role is critical. Buyers and sellers aren’t spending 200 on a phone…this is a big deal. I don’t know how I feel about our vesting when so many aggressive peeps comtinue to keep their kw profit share while slamming kw at every chance. But it is our culture to vest…In an age when we requore more professionalism and training to show our value and our ability to protect the public I’m for more education and training. Thanks again.
