The Warrior Process: 8 Steps

It’s time to join forces, and it’s important to understand how our collaboration is going to work. First of all, there’s no contract.  Our goal is to establish a long-term partnership – not to lock you into a complicated agreement.  That way, you know we’re focused on bottom-line results that will continually prove the worth of our working partnership.

During our first 90 days, we begin to incorporate five key systems into your business operations, and position them to achieve a solid financial return and steady flow of new business.

Now it’s time to set things in motion.  We work closely to define your company more clearly: your vision, your market niche, your game plan.  This step is where we assess, design, and refine your current systems.

Step Two:  Clarify the Plan

Together we write a simple but highly strategic business plan to build on your strengths and bridge any weaknesses.

Step Three:  Build Relationships

Next, we outline customer communication strategies – what we call relationship development. How do we connect to your audience so they’ll feel it?  We work together to design newsletters, offers, client database systems, and whatever else is required to get your audience’s attention, action and advocacy.

Step Four:  Communicate the Value

It is time to prepare the first drafts of all customer communications.  We work together to create, review, and refine communications before sending them out.

Step Five:  Schedule Your Growth

Now that your target market is established, we can begin the weekly growth and maintenance of your client database.  We finalize the marketing communications and develop a calendar of deployment.

Step Six:  Make the Money Count

At this point, we assess your financials.  We analyze P&L statements, billing, collections, and payroll.  Then we trim the excess, tighten the procedures, and set the stage for profitable operations.

Step Seven:  Increase the Leverge

We continue to maintain the implemented systems, as well as define a monthly rhythm for your operations.  We also explore systems for recruiting employees and leveraging the best talent for your workforce.

Step Eight:  Design & Refine

Ongoing support for your business continues with scheduled weekly phone calls.  During these calls, we refine and focus our priorities, and continue to implement your critical systems.

Simply put, we work hard with you every step of the way to hone your fighting edge on the battlefield of enterprise.
