Looking forward to Thursday and Making things Happen

Thursday is right around the corner now. I am eager to attend this seminar and I know it will help me focus with creativity and determination. It seems this new year is off and running and we could be very busy and wind up somewhere very different than hoped for without a great plan.

I notice properties are going under contract in higher price ranges. Listings are getting multiple showings, a sign of a strong market. It is good to be ready for the new year, it is even better to have the opportunity to learn from Dave Jenks again this week early in the New Year.

Hope to see many old friends on Thursday and make some new ones.
