Free Enterprise Warriors was created in 2009 to support and empower courageous, learning-based entrepreneurs. We provide an infrastructure to businesses in the form of specific systems, support, leadership, training and accountability, so that the entrepreneur can grow their enterprise to its maximum potential.
Free Enterprise Warriors is a catalyst for those who play the game of business ownership. The term “Warrior” identifies those who have the courage, initiative, discipline and wisdom to start, build and lead worthy enterprises. They are guardians, servants and providers – those with the mental toughness to master the skills needed to champion a worthy cause.
Dave Jenks, Founder/Chief Creativity Officer
Dave has served for over 30 years as a master trainer, business consultant, and executive leader for The Dale Carnegie Institute, Century 21 and Keller Williams Realty International. After founding The Leadership Connection to train business and sales leaders, he joined Keller Williams Realty International in 1996. Over the next 10 years the company grew from 2,100 agents to more than 72,000 and became the third largest real estate system in North America.
Dave has co-authored five business books, including The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, which has become one of the all-time best-selling books in real estate.
In January, 2009, Dave became Chief Creativity Officer of Free Enterprise Warriors, serving as its lead trainer, designer and strategist.

Laurie Hathorn, Founder/Chief Implementation Strategist
Laurie has been a life-long, on-trend entrepreneur. At the age of eight, she helped her father with his NYC-based office equipment business; by age 14 she was already doing bookkeeping, making collection calls, and handling customers in the store. After pursuing her education in music and then an MBA, she returned to help him transition his business into the digital age. In the mid-80’s, she took over the business, successfully transitioned it into the service sector, and then sold it.
Laurie then moved into the real estate arena, mastering appraising, management and investing. On one project, she turned a $75,000 investment into a $1.3 million gain in just four years. In 2005, she opened the first Keller Williams Realty office in upscale Westchester County, New York. In less than 3 years, it grew to be the largest real estate office in the area.
In 2009, she joined with Dave to form Free Enterprise Warriors and serve as its CEO. “I see our company activating, empowering and accelerating others who aspire to be successful business owners. In the end, every worthy enterprise, for-profit or non-profit, must master and deploy sound business principles and systems. That’s what we help them do.”

Tina Campbell, Founder/Chief Systems Guide
After graduating with a BS degree in Business Economics, Tina worked for a diverse range of companies, learning first-hand the fields of accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, project management, and strategic planning on both the corporate and supplier sides.
Since then, Tina has overseen and developed management policies and procedures for companies such as Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Harris Corporation, Grey Advertising, Sumitomo Corporation of America, Tyler Search, and Keller Williams.
Tina met Laurie Hathorn in May, 2008, and was drawn in by Laurie’s vision of a “journey” that was both personal and professional. She is an invaluable asset to Free Enterprise Warriors, as she is highly skilled in identifying and developing many administrative systems and capabilities. She is truly excited to use her experience to help propel Free Enterprise Warriors to its highest potential.

Robin Swinney, Founder/ Park Pointe Financial Solutions
Robin founded Park Pointe Financial Solutions in 2004 after meeting many talented entrepreneurs with great business ideas but no time or experience to manage the financial aspects of running their business. She wanted to help.
Two months after taking on her first client and seeing what an impact her work had on their business she knew this was what she wanted to do. She quit her full time job, jumped in with both feet and has never looked back. Since then, Park Pointe Financial has grown into a family operated business and now has offices in both Park City, UT and Boulder, CO.
Robin is quick to point out, “Even as we have grown I am still very hands on with my clients and am always available to bounce ideas off. It is so exciting to watch a client’s business succeed and grow; especially knowing that you had a hand in it!”
Robin started her career working in public accounting as an auditor with Deloitte and Touche in San Francisco before moving into the private sector where she worked as a financial analyst for Jakks Pacific, Inc. and as the controller for the ski boot retailer, Surefoot. She holds a BS in Accounting from Purdue University and is a Certified Quickbooks Proadvisor.
